1. Know if the mold is non-stick. It is recommended to use non-stick molds, which is convenient and saves time. If the molds are not non-stick, brush the inside of the molds with oil to prevent sticking before putting the dough into the molds.
2. Use the volume of the mold and the dough ratio volume of the mold to calculate the weight of the dough that fits into the mold.
3. Bake new molds in the oven for half an hour before using for the first time to prevent the color from becoming too light.
